  Rau Muong Xao Toi (Water Spinach & Garlic)

Water spinach stir-fried with garlic, nuoc mam and freshly-ground peppercorns

  Com Huong Giang (Hue Rice)

Jasmine rice stir-fried with a paste of dried shrimp, lemon grass, shallots, garlic,
chilies & spring onions, then topped with toasted sesame seeds
