Booking Terms & Conditions
- All inn rates are quoted as double occupancy per day and include full breakfast and use of all amenities.
- The condo is quoted as double occupancy per day, and does not include breakfast nor use of the inn's facilities.
- Maximum occupancy is 4 persons in the 2 x double rooms.
Maximum occupancy is 3 persons in the queen/twin room.
Maximum occupancy is 2 persons in the king and queen rooms. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults + 2 children in the condo.
- Additional person surcharge for the inn is $10 per person per day.
- Additional person surcharge for the condo is $10 per person per day.
- Discounts may apply for single occupancy or extended stays.
- For the inn, a two night minimum is required during foliage season and on weekends, unless a "Weekend One Nighter" special is posted
here. A three night minimum is required during
holiday periods.
- For the condo, a two night minimum is always required. A three night minimum is required during holiday periods.
- Rates do not include a 9% Vermont Rooms and Meals Tax or a 4% Community Sponsorship Fee.

Standard Deposit & Cancellation Policies for the Inn
- A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.
- We reserve the right to collect a 50% deposit, and will advise accordingly at the time of booking.
- The balance due will be collected at time of check-in.
- Cancellations made more than 21 days prior to scheduled arrival date are cheerfully accepted. If a deposit is collected, it will be
refunded less a $25 processing fee.
- Non-holiday cancellations made 7 to 21 days prior to scheduled arrival date are subject to 50% of the total room charge.
- Non-holiday cancellations made within 7 days of scheduled arrival date are subject to 100% of the total room charge.
- Holiday cancellations made within 21 days of scheduled arrival date are subject to 100% of the total
room charge.
- Late arrivals, no-shows and early departures are responsible for the full amount of the reserved stay.
- Cancellation fees will be waived to the extent that we are able to rebook the room without a loss of revenue.
- To avoid any misunderstandings, all reservations and cancellations will receive a confirmation from the innkeepers, via e-mail, detailing any deposit
collected and the cancellation policy in effect for your reservation.

room charge.
- Late arrivals, no-shows and early departures are responsible for the full amount of the reserved stay.
- Cancellation fees will be waived to the extent that we are able to rebook the room without a loss of revenue.

- Please review the deposit & cancellation policies posted on these websites VERY CAREFULLY prior to booking. While these sites
offer some level of convenience, their policies ARE more stringent than our direct booking policies.
- If you have any questions regarding their policies, you should contact the website's customer service group DIRECTLY for clarification.
- Alternatively, you may contact us directly to secure your booking. Direct booking guarantees you our
lowest available rates, as well access to any specials being offered. You will NEVER FIND LOWER RATES FOR WEATHERTOP ON 3RD-PARTY WEBSITES! Personal
contact also affords the greatest degree of flexibility with respect to your booking.

General Policies
- Check-in time is between 3PM and 11PM at the inn, and between 4PM and 11PM at the condo. Please contact us for instructions for
later arrivals.
- Check-out time is 11AM at the inn & the condo.
- Both the inn and the condo are smoke-free. Smoking is permitted outdoors, in designated areas.
- A limited number of children 5 years of age & older are welcome at the Inn and the condo. For their safety and out of courtesy
to our other guests, children must be supervised at all times while in the dining room and the inn's common areas.
- We accept pets with some restrictions and prior approval. Please refer to our
Pets page for details.
- We are licensed by the State of Vermont for the sale of wine and beer. Any beverages purchased from us may be consumed anywhere on
premises, excluding the Hot Tub & Sauna. Guests are welcome to bring their own beverages, but must limit their consumption to
their guest rooms. We thank you for helping us to comply with state regulations.
- Bathing suits are required for Hot Tub & Sauna usage.
