  Prawn Laksa

Shrimp, fish dumplings, tofu, bean sprouts & rice vermicelli in a flavorful stock of
coconut milk, belacan (shrimp paste), chilies, galangal, lemon grass, turmeric,
ground candlenuts, scallions & basil....VERY SHIOK....

Salad Course
  Kerabu Timun (Cucumber Salad)

Sliced cucumber in a dressing of toasted coconut, chilies, dried shrimp, roasted belacan,
ginger & lime juice

Main Course - Sampler Platter
  Cumi-cumi Isi (Stuffed Squid)

Fresh squid tubes stuffed with shrimp, squid tentacles & cilantro, gently fried, then
simmered in coconut milk with a paste of shallots, chilies, lemon grass, galangal,
candlenuts & trassi (shrimp paste)

  Gulai Kambing (Lamb Curry)

Diced lamb simmered to tenderness in coconut milk with onion, garlic, ginger, galangal,
lemon grass, chilies, turmeric, cinnamon, clove & trassi

  Kari Ayam Penang (Penang Chicken Curry)

Diced chicken, pineapple & roasted peanuts simmered in coconut milk with garlic, chilies,
galangal, ginger, lemon grass, kaffir lime leaves, tamarind paste & fish sauce;
garnished with fresh cilantro & basil

  Nasi Basmati (Steamed Basmati Rice)
