Salad Course
  Cooked Vegetable Salad

A stir-fried mélange of fresh vegetables & toasted pine nuts dressed with a
sesame-soy-ginger vinaigrette

Main Course - Sampler Platter
  Bulgogi (Korean BBQ)

Thinly-sliced NY Strip Steak marinated in soy sauce, garlic & sesame seeds, then
quickly seared in a very hot skillet....a Korean classic....

  Stewed Chicken

Chicken thighs, zucchini & spring onions very slowly cooked in a traditional blend of
sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic & chili ....Korean "Seoul" food....

  Sake Sarada Tsutsumi-yaki (Stuffed Baked Salmon)

Fresh salmon fillet, stuffed with Japanese potato salad, shiitake mushroom & lemon;
oven-baked in a foil wrap

  Horenso no Ohitashi (Soused Spinach)

Parboiled spinach leaves are soaked in stock of shoyu & mirin; they are then drained and
topped with toasted sesame seeds and shichimi togarashi
