Shrimp in a delicate, sweet & sour curry sauce of pineapple, coconut milk,
red curry paste and fish sauce

  Gaeng Gai Bama (Burmese Chicken Curry)

Chicken thighs simmered to tenderness in a creamy yellow & red curry with
fish sauce, tomato and fried shallots

  Gaeng Hang Lay (Chiang Mai Beef Curry)

Sliced beef simmered in coconut milk with shrimp paste, yellow bean sauce,
garlic, shallots, chilies, ginger, lemon grass, tamarind juice & curry powder
